Floyd is no Ali lets put it that way, Ali owned every interviewer who tried to get under his skin, whereas Floyd could not intelligently put Kenny in his place. Instead his poor ego felt bruised and he had to attack back, but I can see why he did it though.

You don't want him to fight Pacquiao?, you do realise that his move to fight Marquez is an obvious sign he might be moving DOWN to make the fight with Pacquiao at 140, right?

That's the biggest fight in boxing right now and a fight EVERYONE wants to see, you're just one ****** who would prefer to see him fight Margarito, Berto, Collazo or Cotto.

******s like you don't "bother", you just type junk coming straight out of your ass. A recent funny one: "I don't want the Pacquiao fight, I'd rather see him fight Collazo/Berto/Margarito or Cotto".

If it takes place at 140, that's great. I'm severely against it happening at a catchweight. I'd rather it take place at 147 (and I don't want that to happen either) than a catchweight. I'd rather see him fight one of the welterweights you mention than see Pac/PBF at a catchweight.

Don't think Roach will agree to make it at a catchweight anyway, they already said NO to Cotto's 145 catchweight offer so that should end it right there. Think this fight is his first move to go down in weight then make 140 for Pac, got to see how he performs in his first step though and that's what I ASSUME they're doing.

Isn't his fight against Marquez now at 147lbs though?

Don't know to be honest, one minute they're reporting it's at 143 the next minute it's at 147. :nut

It was announced as a catchweight so if it changed one of these interviews would at least have a question regarding that, not getting any question about it should mean it's at the catchweight still.

Kenny is big enough to the point where he does not need to cover boxing. Kenny covers boxing because he is a fan of the sport. We are lucky to have him.

I applaud Kenny for his lack of cheer leading, and asking tough, but objective questions when they need to be asked.

Mayweather and Kenny have had a acrimonious relationship for years. Kenny just smiles, and sets Mayweather up for his questions after Mayweather tells him he doesn't know anything about boxing.

There was no ownage on the back and forth points between the two, but there was a clear winner in the class department. Mayweather is worth millions, but that can not buy him class.

I think Mayweather will win his next fight, and also defeat Pacquaio, but if Mayweather looses, Kenny will have the last laugh. I get the feeling that Mayweather will be a sore loser type. Maybe as bad as Zab Judah.

ok, but I did see an interview with Floyd on it yesterday saying that he is not going to be losing any weight because he said it is a welterweight 147 bout. When I get home in a few hours I will find it and post it up on here. It was a press conference behind the scenes interview, he was talking to a reporter and ellerbe was sitting to the left of the shot.

Howard Cossell used to question Ali in the same type of style, but I think those 2 were a bit more charismatic with it.

Is this all an act from Floyd or what? Nobody can be that much of an arrogant ******* on purpose, I mean no-one, he wasn't even provoked.

"How am I not the p4p best? You tell me?"

    "uh cuz you retired?"

"Have I ever been beaten? A forgot who am talkin to, talkin to Brian Kenny a guy who's never laced up gloves in his life who don't know a thing about boxing"

well I have Floyd and I can tell you hes right, when you retire, you give up your status.

That was definitely the real Mayweather, not an act. He said almost the exact same thing to Larry Merchant when he became clearly upset after the Baldomir match. Kenny seemed to take it casually, though.

    You are quite pathetic.

According to you, no one should ever call out Floyd, because one day they might lose to someone else, therefore they are not worthy of fighting him.

People have every right to expect Floyd to fight the top dogs in his division, regardless of what may or may not happen in the future.

You seem to think that he is blessed with such sublime skills that no one else has any right to be in a ring with him unless he has chosen them hinself.

If he's too good for everyone else, what did he bother coming back for?
