if the Brits were willing to have the PPV card start at 2am local time and the fight itself around 4am local time, then i'm all for it. Because the pay per view buys in the US would dictate no other schedule.

The interviewer seems more excited than anyone else.

What on earth is he doing at 5:33 !?

When they're entering he reaches new stages of delusion:

"This will be like nothing you can possibly imagine"

"This is a welcome like no one in sports gets"

Floyd as come across real well over here. I had work so couldnt get down there but it's real good to see pbf over here and talking about living over here. It's also funny to see PBF promoting the marques fight on sky sports before sky have even started.

I know... and at one point I think he says that May is the most famous boxer of all time? :nut:nut May is only known (certainly in U.K) really by fans or casual fans of boxing... he is no world wide icon, no Ali, Robinson, Tyson.

No I got there at about 2:55pm, waited for about 5-10 minutes and left. He turned up at about 4:15.

Exactly. Known by casual fans. Even people who don't follow boxing know him. He is a huge draw now I have no doubt. I now think the JMM fight will do more PPV's than the Hatton-Pac fight, not over here but in the US.

I'd say london fans going wild but not in a good way. They were pissed because most of them never got to see floyd, he came late. It was declared that the workout was members only. Floyd never signed autographs on the way in.

They were probably pissed off because they had to travel to a ****-hole like Canning Town in the first place.

    SE7 representing,

I dont begrudge sky showing PBF v Marquez on ppv. Its a mega fight. The mistake sky are making is having the Khan fight on ppv a few weeks earlier. I hope boxing fans over here dont bother with the khan ppv and get that pbf v marquez fight.

    It was.

It was just poorly planned, the venue wasn't big enough and far too many people turned up, much more than anticipated. Coupled with Floyd being very late.
