In all fairness, if Mayweather is going to fight Pacman which he will, theres no better tuneup fight than Marquez. Not saying Pacman and marquez have similar styles but if Mayweather beats Marquez in more impressive fashion than Pacman did than that helps Mayweather in negotiations with Pacman.

Obviously he has been bashed on for being negative whenever he's interviewing Mayweather. The best is when he also tried to make the Judah fight look bad despite knowing the ****ed up situation at the time yet praised Cotto day and night for fighting an even worse version of Judah.

The guy has some valid points.

I think Mosely would be too dangerous after 19 months out the ring, I think Floyd wants a nice solid challenge to shake rust but SSM is on good form & can KO your ass so all in all, Floyd made the right decision.

At the end of the day, if he beats JMM, he might well face all the guys fans say he`s ducking... just be happy he`s back finally.
    Thats my view.

I wish he would just fight people in his weight division. You can't proclaim yourself the "greatest" if you don't fight people in your league

Kenny did a sterling job with that Floyd interview, it was very insightful and got Mayweather engaged. Floyds interviews in the UK via Sky Sports News have been very flat, mainly because the interviewers go weak at the knees and hero worship Floyd and then ask him **** questions like 'what was the training routine like for Dancing with Stars'. A quality guy like Kenny doesnt go there, he is on Mayweather's case about the only thing that matters - Mayweather-Pacquiao.

This guy is just full of ****. First he hints that Mayweather should have waited so he could call out Pacquiao then he says Mayweather should fight at Welterweight instead. Whoever he fights this guy will try to make it look bad. Isn't it obvious that negotiations down under already took place before Mayweather/Marquez officially announced it's on?, it was all over the news that they were negotiating a fight before Pac fought Hatton and they announced it the night Hatton/Pacquiao fought. Obviously this fight is a way back at Hatton since his last two opponents were Mayweather's last two opponents.

Of course that will all be denied and he'll play dumb and hint he doesn't know that negotiations were on way before it was announced but he'll play an idiot and pretend they negotiated and announced within 1 hour the same day it was annouced to prove a point.

Win/Lose/Draw/ whatever... happens on the 18th.
Mayweather Vs. Mosley should be settled.

 My first good "lol" in a while. Thanks.
[There should be odds on "if Floyd loses, will he retire at the post-fight press conference"; a Floyd win, of course, is a push.]

The crazy part is, if Floyd would just say JMM is great prep for Paq and coming off a layoff, it's a very good fight for me and sets up the potential Paq fight, that's a pretty reasonable answer. No shame in it - JMM is nobody's pushover. Instead, he has to denigrate Mosely and Cotto. He just gets defensive to a fault.

Marquez might make more money than if flloyd fought mosley.... Marquez now is the top mexican fighter (now that margo is exiled).... he has a whole country....shane has significant support in california but nothing compared to a whole country.....staples sold out because of margo not mosley.....Now those mexican fans will support Marquez.......so kenny is wrong....Marquez fight is more markettable than mosley and also easier.....eand "If it makes money....it makes sense" (Money mayweather)
