    Says the Pac fight would be the career-defining fight for him.. Do you agree or disagree? :think

    Brian Kenny quickly rebuttled that Diego Corrales at 130 was Floyd's career defining fight. It was a one-sided demolition, but yeah I guess you can count that one as his career-defining fight.... or not? What do you think?

    I personally don't think that he has one. When he fought Corrales he wasn't yet mainstream like he has been the last couple of years. Hatton would probably qualify as his best win only because of the stage and the KO conclusion.

    Any of those can be considered. Got to love Roach though, he knows the fight will happen so better off hype it starting now.

    I always liked Roach but he's starting to talk unbelievable crap these days, this is just bollocks.

    I suspect that 2 of what he'd call his guys career defining fights were against Mayweathers left-overs, yet he thinks Mayweather beating the same opponents meant nothing :nut

    Pride comes before a fall, and when Pac gets in that ring with Mayweather he's going to take a fall big time, and Roach will join him.

    I think Roach is starting to believe the hype he is getting too much. He's turning in to Mayweather Snr, always seems to be saying something.

    pac and barrera was a close fight...

    diaz win was not as huge as pac-mab, bhop-trinidad, morales-pac, mab-barrera, jones-toney

    how about floyd sr. and jr. talking a lot of smack about pac? it's the loud-mouths who more often than not are the ones who get humiliated and suffer a big fall. roach has to do this since pac is a quiet and humble guy. pac lets his fists do the talking in the ring. :deal

    Personally I think he's defined by his 2 fights against Pac and I also believe that JMM himself fears that he's being viewed that way by the people which is why he's so desperate for a 3rd fight imho.

    agree, if you look that the career of ATGs, you would always find atleast one career defining fight/moment wherein they stamp their class against elite fighters. JMM doesn't have the moment where the entire spotlight is with him. he shared the spotlight with pacquiao in those two fights.

    diaz fight is the closest but still not as momentous compared to the career defining win of other ATGs
