Not exactly a dream come true, but still a half-decent, stay-busy fight for Adamek (particularly given that he had already signed the contract for the Godfrey fight, which subsequently fell through). As long as it's followed by a rematch with Cunningham and then a fight with Bhop @ the beginning of 2010, I'll be happy.
It's not like Gunn whas a chance to win this.Or at least anybody believes so. Whatever,I''ll watch it anyway,if it's on tv.
I knew they had a good reason for turning BHOPs down, a massive fight round the corner, and here it is
Of course it's not what Adamek was leaving Poland for, but if there's nobody to fight, let it be Bobby Gunn. I suppose it won't last so long and hope it's just a fight to keep him in good shape and with opponents among the ropes.
Sure. Adamek should pay Bhop for the privillege of a fight. :-( Gunn might not be the best fight, but whichever way you spin it - Bhop - Adamek not happening has all to do with Bhop's offer being borderline offensive (and non-negotiable it seemed).
