Who was greater Calzaghe or Benn?

    Two great two weight world champions regarded as amongst Britains best. Who do you consider to have had the more successfull pro career? I think its very close with the resumes especially being close (real boxing fans don't put as much credit to undefeated records as the public but Joe still needs credit for it).

    Benn as Benn didn`t stink out venues all over the country like Joe C did.

    Calzaghe seemed to have the more successful career - but I much rather watch Nigel Benn fight.

    Much as I love Benn Joe is better career wise and head to head.Far rather watch Nigel though.

    Benn was more exciting, but Calzaghe was an all round better fighter to be honest.... even Benn said Calzaghe would of probably beaten him if they both met in their primes.

    I'm not saying Calzaghe was a boring fighter though, his stoppage ratio was very good. He had he's bad nights but who don't?

    calzaghe VERY easily, benn admitted he would of not liked to fight Joe, as he knows he be beaten.

    calzaghe to good for benn, in terms of boxing ability/boxing ring smarts etc etc

    Benn took more risks and was the better to watch.But Calzaghe was the better fighter.
