Why are you just mentioning Flores and Godfrey? Gunn isn't a top 50 cruiserweight and I'm sure one of the many fighters ranked ahead of him, would have fought Adamek just for a shot at the title. If Flores and odfrey couldn't fight, fair enough, but to go from them two to Bobby Gunn is a huge gap. It's not like he's the obvious choice after them.

I think a few of the cruiserweights who are coming off a loss, Macca, Aslan and Kraj, would jump at the chance. Wlodarczyk too? Herbie Hide would fight him, as would Chris Byrd.

Gunn is an abysmal fighter and fans should not be charged to see what should be a -1 minute blowout.

Have you seen Enzo Mac-Gunn? That shows you how **** Gunn is. He's a clubfighter. He doesn't deserve to fight the no.1 CW in the world.

I wouldn't. Better to cancel this mismatch than to **** off his loyal fans. You could put names into a hat and they'd be more of a challenge than Gunn. This is a fight that shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Have you ever seen Gunn 'fight' btw?

Umm, because they were offered to fight Adamek and they turned down. Flores was actually number 1 mando, but Flores wants no part of it. Hes not enjoying his number 7 rank LOL.

Yea Gunn is pretty garbage but I dunno what else you want me to say? lol.

Macca won't fight him, lol you serious?

Arslan is injured. He was suppose to fight Marco Huck last week(2 weeks?) and he pulled out. They are schedueling a match with Huck now.

Kraj would of been perfect choice! Id actually prefer Kraj than anyone else at this moment tbh. But who knows :|

Wlodarczyk is still number 1 contender for the WBC, he isn't gonna jepordize that to fight Adamek lool. Wlodarczyk also said in a interview that he doesn't want to fight Adamek yet, until he gets a belt he said they can maybe start negotiating. Plus hes coming off a fight last week.

Hide supposebly is going to fight Godfrey now for the number 1 WBC spot. Godfrey had 2 options on his hands and thats either fight Hide for the #1 contendership status or fight Adamek right now. And well, we all know what he picked ;p

Yes I seen him "fight", and hes disturbing lol. But honestly, I don't know what you want to hear, but Im only saying fighting Gunn is better than not fighting at all. Even if it does last 2or3 rounds. Least hes staying busy and motivated for bigger fights.

My reply made me seem like a dick then. Apologies, mate.

Oh, yeah, but my point is that if adamaek couldn't have fought those two, there is still a load of cruiserweights who would fight him, who offer a bigger challenge than Gunn does.

Do you not think so? I think you could argue it's not a good fight, as Macca is poor too, but I do think he wants to try and proves he'd the best. I reckon he'd fight Adamek at the drop of a hat.

    Ah, fair enough.

    Boxing, eh?

If they can schedule a fight when they both have a belt, that'd be a pretty huge fight, wouldn't it? I'd like to see it, actually.

    I didn't know that....ugh.

Damn, stop talking about Maccarinelli cuz this guy is over. If Afolabi knocked him out, man who's not as powerful and strong as Adamek, I would think that Gunn fight and Maccarinelli fight look the same or at least alike. Maybe Macca has got a better body movement and higher skills than Gunn, but it would not last so long too, because of Enzo's glass jaw. Adamek finds a way to fall the opponent down everytime he fights lately, so I see no chance for Enzo.

In comparison of name Maccarinelli means much more than Gunn, bigger interest for people, cuz Macca's more known, but come on... he had a chance lately to become a champ - lost to Afolabi. Also lost to Haye in round 2 while being champion, besides he's got jelly boobs... does this man deserve to be a world champion anymore ? For me not. Bobby Gunn as well not, but he will make the Prudential Center crowded, because he's from New Jersey. It's not gonna be a big performance around the world, but for sure for Adamek's fans and they will watch it anyway. Waiting for another fights, hope big fights.

    hope you got my point

Is this fight gonna be on versus?

btw this fight won't go 4 rounds i guarantee that LOL. Well, at least it shouldn't lol.

It's not gonna be on Showtime for sure and for sure Polsat will show it. I don't know what about Versus. They made a good transmision during Cunningham-Adamek fight, I liked it.

    **** opponent but **** happens.

In all fairness to Adamek this is officially his first ever soft title defense.

I think Adamek would stop Maccarinelli, but it wouldn't be a blowout as he isn't a massive puncher like Haye is. I don't think Adamek throws punches like the ones Maccarinelli took before finally going down.

If Adamek stops Macca, I think it'd take about 7-10 rounds, which means it could be an interesting fight up until that point.

Adamek hasn't got the best defence and even though he is tough, is he tough enough to take Enzo's power? Don't get me wrong, I'd pick Adamek 90/100, but there is reason to believe it could be an interesting fight, as I said, because of Adamek's defence, often reluctance to let his hands go an Macca's sheer power. It's more interesting than a Gunn fight, put it that way.
