    i think its the other way around, mosley is a speedy slugger, cotto is a boxer-puncher.

    do you have a list a best boxer and best puncher in each division..i know the ring magazine comes up with the list each year

    Yep, everything is in there. They say Paul Williams is the best boxer and the most avoided guy at both 154 and 160. All four categories.

    Great cover with Manny, BTW. A freshly turned over article on his fight with Hatton some 20 days later to boot.

    If recognized at 147lber, PTP might in fact be the best at both.

    The Ring may as well have done that. Contributors like Doug Fischer robbed Mosley of the Welterweight Championship because of Paul.

    soto should have been the best puncher but he suck in his last fight. but i still say soto and not gamboa...

    I agree with most besides Tavoris Cloud, Vitali Klitschkoa and Mikkel Kessler. I would put Diaconu( or Tarver) in Cloud's spot and Wladimir in Vitali's position. Cloud has fought nothing but C- level competition, so his power is not tested on a world class level. I remember when Rocky Juarez and Panchito Bahado was blowing everyone out early in their career's, but their power seemed to decrease when they started upping the competition.

    As for Vitali, he is a systematic puncher, where as Wlad is a one punch knockout artist. I think hes better than Wladimir and a more fluent boxer, but he doesn't punch as hard.

    Froch and Bute hits harder than Kessler no question.
