Arum is a piece of work, most promoters have to obviously be smart with their fighters and if a fighter poses a threat he tends to hesitate or just not want any part of it, and the cases I state are not a racial jibe, I was just clearly stating that if you look at Pacman's resume, he has only really been put in against a particular style which is a come forward mexican or slash ricky hatton style of opponent, minus marquez who in my opinion was the best fighter pacman has fought so far and we all know what happened there when he met that style of counter puncher. And Floyd is like a bigger Marquez but better, I mean there is fighters out there that Arum could go for. Bradley, Mayweather, Campbell, but they go for Cotto. The talks with Mosley I think is just hype talk, they will never put him in with a 147 shane, only a weight drained version, so again it lowers the risk. Why dont they put Pacman in with Nate Campbell. That would be a good test for him and also a good test at 140 as they have both recently moved up in weight. They wont take that risk though.

Your blowing that out of proportion, I didn't say not black lol or not skilled but black american fighters, the majority of them at the top do not fight like the black african fighters who in my opinion are not the same style wise.

Oh my god, they would never put pac in with guzman and guzman is not african, he is caribbean, you see my point lol.

I think Nate would be trickier due to him being strong and not weight drained like Cotto would have to be to fight pac. Dont you think? Nate would be a tough fight in my opinion especially compared to a 140,141,142,143 or 144 drained version of Cotto

i had to do it because you guys are so insistent on this black + american thing. does this automatically means a good fighter? you could have just said "slick good fighters" but have to play the race card thing.

i actually saw your point already but had to put guzman in there to raise my own point. you could have just said slick fighters.

well, arum had admittedly disliked guzman's style. first, this is not a fan friendly style and only boxing purist could appreciate them. now arum is a promoter and he want's good action fights. now what would the casual fans say when seeing pac chasing guzman for twelve rounds? even if he wins a decision, it would make pac look bad.

Ok thats a fair point, im not a jerk so I can accept what you say. I will ditch the race card and say slick instead of black.

But there is substance behind what I was saying but your right for this debate I will ditch the race card.

True, Im not going to argue with that. But then why would top rank apparently say hell no to a fight with Nate Campbell because apparently I heard Nate on boxing radio show making reference to them turning him down because he posed too much of a threat saying, no way do you want to put pac in against a young, slick, hard punching guy like campbell.

To be honest everybody would like to see pac vs floyd but I think that would be a serious mistake to put pac in with floyd but hey man I will definitely watch it if the fights does get made.

I don't care if he does. I have nothing but respect for the dude, and my post history will back that up, but Pacquiao is a bridge too far. It is what it is.

i don't know about that radio show but i remember sometime around after the diaz fight, pac still has no opponent and many fans are suggesting for him to target campbell's belts to unify 135. but also around that time, campbell have signed-up with guzman already.

i admit that floyd's style would trouble pac. but if there is money to be made on this fight, pac, roach and arum would not hesitate to sign the deal. of course roach as usual would get some leverage like making floyd fight at a catchweight to be more fair sizewise.

In your opinion what weight would you prefer to see this fight take place at so that there would be no excuses after all is said and done.

Me personally if Floyd does fight pac it should be at 140 or 147 no catchweights. I am definitely not a fan of catchweights and I think a man should fight a man in his division or nothing.

Many may disagree though especially people who want to see the fight with catchweight being the only way to make it happen it looks like but if Pac takes a fight before he may lose and mess it all up
