I suppose it depends how they both look during the actual fight but with most people expecting Floyd to win, I'd imagine JMM will get huge credit if he beats him.

Obviously he would. I think beating an undefeated Floyd right now is the highest you can go.

because a win over floyd while going up to weight classes is far more impressive than a win over a shell of ODLH and a win over a decaying hatton. that and also add that marquez beat pacquiao.

massive credit if he pulls it off

but that doesn't mean people won't say Floyd was inactive or past it.

Hell yeah he will. He'll go to a whole other level. I like both guys so I'll be happy for whoever wins. Right now I'm glad to see JMM get a huge fight he deserves! I really believe he's going to make a tough fight of it, win or lose.

    Absolutely JMM will.

With that we will see another PBF bursting into tears and rustiness will sure be an excuse. :good

He'll get a lot of credit as that win wipes the floor with Pacquiao's win over DLH and I would agree with many who will have him as P4P#1.

There is no bigger legacy fight out there right now than a win against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Don't be silly. He would receive unbelievable amounts of credit and rightly so.
