Can Floyd draw big PPV numbers without riding the coattails of his popular opponents

If he fought a shitty opponent, he'd draw just as well as when Pac or Hatton would draw on US PPV. If Mayweather was having a tuneup fight against a no-name, he'd draw just as well, if not better, as Pacquiao's 210k against David Diaz. With Hoya retired, Mayweather is probably the biggest US PPV draw out there

 

Yes his a big draw, to many PPL want to see him lose, and he does have fans too

JMM is also a far bigger name than Baldomir or Judah. Mayweather-Baldomir drew 325,000. Pacquiao-Diaz drew 210,000. You do the math.

Well if you want to do it like that.

Pacquaio barely did better than with astar like Morales compared to Floyd fighting Baldomir and bringing in 325,000.

Against similar opponents Floyd brought in way more.

He's the bigger attraction.

Then again, someone will say Baldomir was able to carry Floyd.

 

How could Floyd be guaranteed that kind of money if he isnt a draw??? I mean is the hate really that blinding to people not to mention that JMM is making at least 150% more then he made in his fight with Pac.

But if people want to keep saying that Floyd isnt a draw even those the numbers tell us over and over again that he is, then so be it...At one point people were killed for saying the world was round:hey

Compared to

Pacquaio - Morales 1 - 350k

These guys will come up with lame excuse after lame excuse, but just flat out refuse to look at FACTS.

You would think that people saying that Judah vs Floyd isnt a REAL title fight would hurt not help the numbers. Its about as stupid as that Pac fan that said the Swine Flu hurt the Pac hatton ppv numbers, because people stayed at home..I mean you have to leave your house to order a PPV rightatsch
