    In order:

    Hamed
    Hatton
Benn (you have the Amparo result wrong Flint, it was PTS IIRC not KO1)
    Calzaghe.

I used to go to the American Adventure from time to time in school holidays, was a shite theme park between Nottingham and Derby wasn't it? Think once the gun fights stopped a load of Colt's found there way onto the mean streets of Ilkeston. What was the question again?

    Oh, Lewis - clearly.

Calzaghe 2nd? He has one win over there worthy of the name. Hatton and Benn have won and defended titles in the USA against decent opposition.

Argue away for positions 1-3 but Calzaghe is 4th by some margin.

    In your opinion.

I reckon beating a proper legend beats racking up W's over a succession of B level opposition. Maybe if you've got like 10 of them like Lennox Lewis but Collazo, Urango etc are not tearing up any trees for me. You gotta beat a guy like Hop to be the real deal in America.

Boxers like DeWitt, Barkley, Malinaggi, Urango, Collazo, JLC arn't "B" Level opposition, they are world class fighters and title holders.

Far too often IMHO you disparage the top 0.1% of boxers that get to world class as B class or average because they're not in the top 0.001% who are ATGs or "Elites".

Its not even close, both Benn and Hatton have a far better body of work in the USA than Calzaghe who has a decision against 42 year old.

I wasn't thinking of DeWitt and Barkley specifically. It's a toss up whether those two wins amount to beating Hopkins because neither is on Hopkins level, and Barkley was ****ed. Toss a coin.

These guys Urango and Malignaggi ARE B class fighters. That is what they are. They are not elite fighters, they are not some of the stronger world champions we'll see, they are just good fighters. (Yes world class fighters) but still B class.

42 means nothing. What is 42 when you whoop on a 28 yr old. That is the sort of comment the haters of Calzaghe make to disparage him, it really has no meaning other than as empty rhetoric.
