Deontay Wilder scored his fifth KO in as many fights last night in 55 seconds over Charles Brown, who despite his record, has proved to be a test for many. http://www.tuscaloosanews.com/artic...IVING02?Title=Wilder-KOs-Brown-in-first-round
Good to know. It's really early in his career but I think he has great potential and more than the other HW prospects!
Deontay is going to need a step up soon. He's blowing away the easy competition despite his limited experience. This division is so bad that he can move up soon and start fighting better competition.
He's learning though. He's a different fighter than he was in the Olympics. I agree that he needs to do this for awhile but he'd still succeed if he stepped up a bit.
Good stuff. There's quite a few HW prospects today. Fury, Wilder, Johnson, Boyztsov, Hamer, Solis, etc.
I saw one fight of his. It was not too impressive but that was a few fights ago, so I don't know what he looked like recently.
