Floyd gets too much hate.

 

I would never bet against Floyd, and i would never bet against Pac.

but i think Floyd is a better boxer than Manny,

Who cares if Pac doesn't want that fight (i think he does),I don't see Floyd clamoring for a fight with the bigger Williams.

The point I got is Floyd don't want any part of the welterweight division the on in which he resides.

Thats cool he doesn't want too much of a fight for his return then he should have warmed up with Berto or Collazo.

 

Floyds the man period. There is so many people praying for his downfall, its ridiculous. I think he's going to shut some mouths soon enough..

 

I am not praying for his downfall, i would just like him to show some class as champion. on his trip to the UK he was more humble and if he carries on like that i would like him more.

His attitude is a shame because i would like to support him.

 

Mulvaney said it himself on Heavy Hitting, Mayweather loves to play the part of the "heel". Let him. He comes off like a dick, but it seems to be working a Marquez fight that will probably suck as you got two consumate counter-punchers in the ring. I bet it will sell as well as Pac-Hatton, but be as frustrating to watch as Floyd's fight with Oscar.

 

Just more motivation for him I think! I'm confident he'll shut up everyone except the most biased haters!

Good thread. Floyd is a superior fighter to Pacquiao and I'm sure that Roach and Arum know it. That said, Floyd does say alot of things that annoy the average hard working boxing fan. He makes it very easy to dislike him.

 

I fell you on that Bazooka, good post. Mayweather has came back because he doesnt want to hear somebody is better then him. Mayweather is gonna take it out on Marquez and then when he fights Pacquiao it will be nuts. Im Happy he came back and he could've easily fought some cupcake but he chose Marquez, I got alot of respect for him

 

You're hinting a fight with Berto or Collazo as a come back fight is better than Marquez?

I don't know if you're insisting on playing delusional but the fight is at a catchweight, it isn't even at Welterweight. This should be a good enough sign to you that he's planning to get Pacquiao in there after this fight, hell he chose Marquez, a guy Pacquiao fought before out of all as a CLEAR sign he wants Pac after it. After all Pacquiao's last two opponents were Mayweather's last two opponents too.
