Was wondering if any fighters/trainers out there have ever seen any of these? How are they? Waste of money or good info?

Mastering the Mitts is about the only one I like.
Counter punching might also not be that bad.
The other ones end up coming off as advertisements for Ringside equipment.
The great trainer series (Archie Moore, Jesse Reid, etc) is also a good set of tapes.

Title has some pretty good ones too - especially the Russ Anber and Jeff Fenech tapes.
I liked the Don Familton tapes & heard good things about the Kenny Weldon tapes.

There's a youtube member who has a huge number of instructional videos posted.

I like the Don Familton vids, but I can't find where to get them except the ones that are posted on BilliardJays's Youtube site.

They're through Straight Blast Gym right? Might want to try their marketing site; though I imagine most of it's "Rodney King's Crazy ******" stuff.

Ringside boxing instructional videos are excellent.
