FFS, SMW is one of the best divisions in boxing just now and Kessler is still ranked No 1 by the ring. Even if you think he's overrated or whatever, as things stand there wont be a SMW champ unless he fights. All boxing fans should care what happens with him, if only because it could hold up the division until this **** gets sorted out.

kessler's claim to fame is losing to calzaghe, even if he did face top contenders before that. SMW is struggling for genuine talent and has been for a while.

No its really the impression that Kessler avoided fighting Miranda that is the problem. The fight was signed and then Kessler backed out for no good reason. It was said that he backed out to fight Mundine but that was a fight were there was no deal and didnt happen. It was the same thing with Lacy, when he called Lacy out then Lacy said lets fight and Kessler backout saying that he was hurt. Im not saying that he wasnt hurt but if he were then why call Lacy out in the first place.

I think that the problem that most have with Kessler is that he hasnt done anything in the ring to get the credit that he gets from his fans, and it appears that Kessler isnt as willing to fight other top fighters as his fans would want us to believe. I dont know what Kessler will do once he is away from Palle, but he will have no more excuses.

 

I might repeat myself with the following sentence, but "How many fights of Sartison have you seen?" He might be a bit green and pretty unknown but that doesn´t make him a bad boxer.

 

How many fights do you need to see to know that he isnt that good. It dont really matter what he did in his other fights because he was fighting nobodies, Im mean they were guys that are even good enough to be called bums:rofl

I want to know how he got a title shot, that is the question of the hour he never even won a minor title. :good

Wait I think that Kessler is a very good fighter, I just dont think that he is the fighter that many of those guys think him to be.
