Floyd's giving JMM his big fight, unlike all the fighters that ducked Floyd!

Agree, PBF did JMM a favor and JMMs going to return the favor by knocking him out.

IMO, this sounds right. Atleast I mean to say, I'm very glad JMM is gonna be in a BIG DADDY, and while I'd be surprised (to say the least) JMM is no joke. He also (along with Pac) appears to have brought his power up the ranks, if not better than before...1st to stop Casa, beat the **** out of BAby Bull. Good, good fight here fella's.

After the Corrales fight - January 2001.

    • Naseem Hamed - Went on to lose comprehensively to Barrera 3 months later, took 13 months off then retired.
    • Joel Casamayor & Acelino Fretias - He stepped up to 135 and fought Castillo instead, plus he couldn't make the weight much longer. So it was either Castillo or Freitas after he beat Casa, Castillo arguably looks better now on his resume.
After Chavez fight - November 2001.

    • Jose Luis Castillo - Fought him, twice. Beat him, twice.
    • Paul Spadafora - Floyd was available in 2003 after beating JLC twice. Spadafora got a gift draw against Dorin, and then moved up to 140.
    • Kostya Tszyu - Said he would fight him after he moved up to 140. After Floyd moved to 140 and was finally granted a shot at the WBC belt he wanted, Kostya lost to Hatton and retired. He was also inactive, 3 fights in 3 and a half years.
    Post Castillo I - April 2002.

Gave Castillo the rematch Merchant and a lot of people called for and beat him comfortably to settle all doubts.

Post Castillo II - December 2002.

Stevie Johnston? Juan Lazcano? Are you ****ing kiddy me? :rofl

    Anyway:

    • Stevie Johnston - Lost to Lazcano via stoppage shortly after. Already lost to Castillo.
    • Juan Lazcano - Lost to Castillo shortly after. This guy didn't even have a belt, never had done and still hasn't.
    Post N'Dou Fight - November 2003

This is the point that Stevie Johnston lost, ruled him out. Lazcano then, lost his next fight to Castillo. Floyd said Lazcano didn't wanna fight him, why the double standards? Why not believe Floyd for a chance, maybe this guy really didn't wanna fight him?

    • Casamayor - Already lost to Fretias the year before, lost just a few months later against Corrales and later on that year against Castillo aswell - both Floyd victims. Was still at 130.
    • Freitas - Like Casa, was still at 130 at this point. Defended his super-featherweight belts against mandatories, didn't step up to 135 until 2004. He did so and lost to Corrales.
Post Bruseles Fight - January 2005

    • Arturo Gatti - Said he'd fight him in June, he did fight him in June.
    • Shane Mosley - He afforded Shane a fight in '06 after the Sharmba Mitchell fight I believe, which has been well documented. Mosley turned it down.
    • Oscar De La Hoya - Fought him.
Can't here from about 5:45 onwards, the Marquez conference bit. There's nothing yet to suggest he's ducking any fighters, he hasn't even fought JMM yet, so let him get the fight out of the way and then see who he fights, before claiming he's ducking fighters even though he's got a fight against the P4P #2 lined up.

A Pacquiao fan commenting on cherry picking. What were David Diaz and Oscar De La Hoya if they weren't cherry picks. The only guy who's been exposed as doing the ducking right now is Pacquiao.

"I don't wanna fight you at 145/147 Miguel, get down to 142 so you can be weight drained like Oscar was."

"I don't wanna fight you at 147 Shane, get down to 142 so I can fight you when you're weight drained, just like Oscar was when we fought."
