Haven't you seen teenage Lennox? He was a skinny kid, he also was below 230 until the age of 28.
Wlad is a big, athletic dude. But it's true that he carries most of his weight in his upper body.

 

Tyson Fury would make Wlad look like a midget. Plus Fury has far quicker hands and better skills

This why i love Brits. Fury aint anything more than big wild ass, stunning himself with own uppercut and swinging pretty wild there with those cans. + Fury has at least 15 lb fat in him, he is not in tight looking at all.

No not really. First, that is not a small neck for someone 243 lbs.
Next, considering how lean he was & that most folks who are that heavy are overweight, more likely obese, therefor their neck tends to be somewhat fatty, his neck is much stronger than theirs, not even considering the specific training.

Lastly, 4" is a BIG difference for a relatively small measurment such as the neck.
Even for height is would be significant.
But to compute how much of a difference it really is, you need to consider the *percentage* of difference.

If you do the math, a 14" neck is to an 18" neck as an average height man is to someone around 7' 6"!

Oh & if someone is using a shirt collar measurement instead of a taut tape measure without the chin angled upwards, they will get an exaggerated size, since collars need to have some room for comfort.
