Power are the only things that seem to be holding these two back.

it was a great fight, but im bitter as **** about a few thing.

chocs gloves needed retapping about 4-5 time...thats bull****, the **** had his head in a bucket at the end of each round and dint have much of a workrate,so he was looking for a rest, come on.....5 times...take a point FFS.

the judge did a **** job, so unprofessional, almost scared to break the fighters, many time choc hit geale after a break was called then he let them fight on, geale wasnt happy.

chocs elbow got slapped, pulled down and talked about many time by the ref, and he gave one offical warning, it should have been earlier. ****!!

it was a very close fight, geale could have been awarded a KD against geale but it was ruled a slip, it was a hard call. either way it could have gone.

there were some head clashes but nobody was to blame even though choc made a point thats how he got marked, not by any punches.... ******.

great great fight!!! geale did himself very proud! mundine was the cleaner hitter but would have been out punched and out landed imo.

in advance....**** u ash and teke!!

personally this is my take on the fight....
geale fought a great fight, a high pressure fight and let his hands go on every occassion, it would of looked very effective to the judges, he showed he had great skills in the fight, caught mundine by suprise a few times in the fight by the end of it, was a pretty skilled toe to toe fight...
mundine done his best work when urged by his team to get a move on, when he threw his punches they were cleaner and harder and were landing more flush, problem is i think hes lost any finishing instincts he had, he had a couple of times were he hurt geale not seriously but enough to put pressure on but released the valve and geale fought back great... there both talented enough to go to the states because they fought at a great pace and kept going for 12 rounds, there not big punches but they are very classy and hardly get trapped on the ropes....
mundine is weaker at middleweight, and definately has slowed in his movement, but he is still classy enough to give the top guys a good go for there money...
great fight im wrapped for daniel geale, i wish for a rematch...

Oh shut up! I'm not a Mundine fan but I hate idiots who say "WELL IF IT WAS THIS WAY THEN THIS GUY WOULD OF WON!", just accept the ****ing result. The fight happen the way it happen, it wouldn't of been any other way because that's how it happened. Now, give credit where credit is due - they both put on a helluva fight, Geale shows promise.

That said I lost count how many times Geale had his head snapped back by a sharp Mundine shot.

As for the tape, it wasn't deliberate, in fact the last two times the fight was stopped Mundine was on the offensive.

As for being a ******, Geale running away immeadiately after the decision was given was like watching a little child having a sook.

Oh yeah, if you want to talk about deducting points...how about Geale consistantly punching Choc on the back of the head.

Don't *****...these things happen in boxing. In the end Geale just missed to many shots and the one's he did land lacked substance....a bit like Old Slappy. :yep

I feel your pain Marcus being a Geale fan too myself.
However some of those things were way out of Mundines control & i think we should just be happy with how awesome Geale looked & impressed us tonight than rather get a bit bitter.

People unfortunately most Aussies do not want to give Mundine credit at all, it's sickening, to call yourself a boxing fan yet **** and ***** and ****ing whine when your desired result doesn't come out, something I have seen with nearly every big Mundine fight - even the ****ing Green one, haha, that's our boxing community for ya.

ok celeb. im on my mob so im slow posting atm.

agay, i agree choc landed the harder punches, who do u think landed the most ammount of punches?

i think u can look at geal leaving as him giving choc the limelight, he walked out slow thanking the croud.

and i know punchin to the back of the head is wrong but if choc bends over that far he almost gives the fighter no choice.
