Those numbers are not that good especially for the recession proof CASH KING who supposedly is the biggest draw boxing has ever seen.
Yet when Margarito/Cotto barely made $400k it was the greatest accomplishment in the history of sports.
I'm watching the fight either way. I love boxing. Even if I don't watch it at my house I'll be throwin down somewhere else or maybe a bar. The thing is even though I don't think Marquez can handle the weight which is shown by his last two fights.Which were great but he suffered entirely too much punishment. I will expect to see signs of his greatness at times throughout the fight. You never know he could do the impossible and shock the world, Pac did when he beat up Hoya. I'm in hopes that this fight is more than I expect.
Keep dreaming. This fight is going to do extremely well, and I will most definitely be tuned in. If I don't buy it, it will be because I'm watching at a bar. I will not miss this fight. Period.
