Most PPV sales will take place in the US and Europe, and this fight will take place in the US for sure so why does Asia, Africa, South America or any part of the world even matter matter?

    it's a mute point

Just look at the numbers and let's compare.

    Mayweather vs Gatti - 350k

    Mayweather vs Baldomir - 350k

    Mayweather vs Judah - 350k

    Mayweather vs DLH - 2.4M

    Mayweather vs Hatton - 850k

    -----

All Pacquiao/Morales fights made 350k each

    Pacquiao vs DLH - 1.25M

    Pacquiao vs Hatton - 800k

Pacquiao vs Diaz - 190k(compare that with the Baldomir fight if you wish)

Pacquiao vs Barrera II - 350k

JMM vs Pacquiao II - 400k

    -----

If you're going to judge based on opinion of ******s here then Margarito is the biggest PPV attraction in sport history making 32k PPV buys fighting Manuel "Shotgun" Gomez and barely hitting 400k fighting Cotto.

Not really because the DLH - Floyd fight was 60. 10 dollars more than normal.

10$ is a lot of money pay extra for normal PPV.

Unless the guy is blaming Floyd for paying for HD cost.

pac. everyone i ask outside of this forum says they would rather watch pac fight over floyd. there are also many stars and celebrities who publicly say they are fans and support pac, so their fans now know who pac is.
in the last couple years, pacs destruction of hoya and hatton have caught the attention of local sportscasters, who broadcast to many people who wouldnt know who pac is otherwise. now, people who are not even into boxing, know that this guy came from 106lb, taking scalps all the way up to oscar, and is doing it in a spectacular fashion.
floyd has never been the biggest draw in boxing. when oscar retired, pac became the paycheck by beating hatton. floyd may become the biggest draw in his first fight back, but that remains to be seen. as it stands right now, pac demands the most $.

Added JMM/Pac II, sorry missed it. :good

Also added two mega PPV attractions Margarito brought in the name of "Legacy and pride over money" when he stunned the boxing public with his insane attraction and loyalty to legacy whilst donating all the money he made to charity and agreed to take a bucket of peanuts and plastic of Paris in return.

Mayweather is a boring fighter check his ppv numbers before de la hoya and hatton fights.
He was fighting Henry Brusles in front of 10 people back in 2005 the so called "cash cow" of boxing is a fraud.

PBF hands down. He has proven it for his numbers vs similar opponents he had more buys for his fights with Oscar and Hatton. He will do the same with JMM. Anyone who says different can't be taken serious facts are facts the numbers don't lie.:deal

I just checked and it looks like he was making the same amount Pacquiao did fighting a far more popular fighter in Morales than Baldomir/Gatti/Judah for Mayweather.
