Well despite being caught by the FBI and working with them completely and passing a lie detector test (I know thats not a guarantee) but even then Mosley was only on that list for a period of time, of course Balco like any other company would keep the date of purchases.

And Mosley didn't go trying hide that with using another name. (Why would he have a fake name before that and then switch?)

On top of it, Conte the owner of Balco never mentions of mosley coming back for after the DLH fight.

And the reason Mosley was never punished was because it happened so long ago that changing the fight to a NC would mean Winky never won the titles. And etc.. you can't change history in this attempt

Plus Mosley's own admission of the fact that he was a customer of Balco for several months and thought he was getting a special vitamin supplement. But who out there pays $1200 a month for special vitamin supplements.

And where is it clearly stated by anyone other than you that "And prepared 2 weeks prior by his own trainer." Do you have any credible documentation or a point of reference??

As previously stated anything with Plaster of paris elements in it WILL NOT HARDEN WHILE WET. Days or weeks later of course it will have dried out and hardened. So, whats your point???

The simple fact is -- Anyone who has had a cast will tell you that Plaster of paris gets mushy, soft and like mud when its wet.

An extended period of time to me is well over 6 months. But it's made out to be that he used for more than 1 fight which is false.

His own manager admitted they were hard and prepared two weeks prior. :deal

They are BOTH wrong and should have been punished without discretion. Just because someone committed a crime in the past doesn't diminish the crime nor does it release the criminal from receiving his just punishment.

NO ONE in boxing or in its fan-base should make excuses for either Mosley or Margarito.

If Mosley honestly thought his use of the juice {Which he called vitamin supplements} was on the up & up -- Why didn't he state in the post-fight interview "Thanks to Balco for their great Supplements which gave me the edge to beat "insert name here"} I would recommend them to all athletes.

Better yet: Why did he NOT even mention he was using special supplements for fights, until Balco got exposed ?????
