And its not over at all. The case is still pending.

Mosley's first defamation suit which delayed the Boxing commission's ruling on his punishment was withdrawn right at the last moment before it expired.

And now he's in bigger trouble because his lawyer is violating CA. SLAPP laws by trying to delay the case. Filing one defamation suit after another in different states.

Mosley's lawyer is playing the game well, he withdrew the first defamation suit filed in CA. and filed another one in another state .. So, the Boxing Commission has to wait until the second defamation suit has a chance to be heard. Then they by LAW are in a position to make a ruling.

Meanwhile, Mosley is being told not to discuss the case in any way shape or form, because if he changes one word he swore to in the Supreme Court. His ass is in BIG ****!!!

This became a FEDERAL case involving several popular athletes Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, Shane Mosley and many others. Marion Jones changed her sworn testimony and for committing perjury she was sent to jail and had to return her medals.

If Mosley says one word out of place {Defamation suit or no} His ass is going to jail.

So, you can believe its over if you want ....... But its far from over and Mosley is still in the HOTSEAT.
