Vera loss to jardine, this guy hasn't been the same since he lost to tim sylvia.
Henderson is tough and it should be a tough fight for machida if henderson can score a take down.

 

Neither of them will come close to beating Machida.

 

But Vera on his best best night, with the fire in his eyes, would put a good fight to Machida due to his great standing skills + his greco roman wrestling creds if im not mistaken. The guys has all the tools in the world. But he cant put it togerther.

 

Exactly, bar a significant change in the way he fights, trains and his general attitude, he will never give Machida problems nor be in the same league as Machida.

The question is does Machida have the power to KO a brute like Brock. Anyone can be KO'd if the power, timing and placement are all right.

I think a top form Rampage and top form Shogun could also beat Machida. I wouldn't favor them now but it's possible.
