    You are putting far too much emphasis on size and nowhere near enough on their respective skillsets.

    If you really think Cotto would 'destroy' Floyd then fine, but consider that Cotto can be......

    A. Outboxed
    B. Worn down
    C. Beaten up
    D. Knocked out

    Floyd may only do one or two of those things, but I would gladly bet my bottom dollar that he emerges victorious.

    You are basing your opinion on the fact that Cotto outboxed and beat Mosley. As Scurlaruntings (SSM's biggest fan) will gladly point out, Mosley isn't this master boxer, more of a brawler/slugger type..... and IMO if there were to be a rematch between the two Mosley would win.

    I hear what you are saying but it aint just size, Cotto is very powerful, something no one can deny and his bodyshots are very good, trust me there aint gonna be no shoulder rolling them at anytime when Cotto let fly. Has Floyd ever came anywhere near a body puncher like Cotto? No. Floyd likes to lean on the ropes and im telling you that Cotto would be the fighter to break him down. Size dont always make a big difference but in the welter division it can if you going against a powerhouse. We are talking around 12 pounds weight difference. It may not matter in the heavyweights but it does here.

    and Cotto would beat Mosley. Because he is now 38, Still very good but not as good as the last time they fought.

    The easiest option for Manny is Cotto because he's the most suspect to being hurt. Having said that, even his easiest option is a big risk if it gets made around 144-147.
