    He proved himself against Genaro Hernandez, a bad dude. He super proved himself against Diego Corrales, a HOF level, VERY bad dude. He tore thru Manfredy, a low level elite fighter, Jesus Chavez is no joke either. His resume isn't bad at all, he's just not cracking heads at 147 like you want, and he never will. PBF doesn't belong at 147 imho.

    If he continues to fight AND gets past Pac and JMM then you will see him in against a real WW, who else is he gonna fight?

    He has proved himself at being above B class fighters (Corrales, Castillo), he has proved himself at being light years ahead of C and D class fighters (Gatti, Baldomir), but he has never fought any A class fighters so he is unproven at that level (Pacquiao).

    i'm sure he will fight 5 more times.....he'll beat jmm, pacman , retire......then come back to fight juanma lopez, gerry penalosa and retire again....then he'll have another DREAM MATCH with vic darchinyan :bbb:bbb

    I think the fight where he really proved himself is a loss to Castillo. Even though he was beaten he made it competitive and we are talking prime Castillo here.
