Thanks for letting me know Ishy, I wouldn't have seen it otherwise and I've just signed up. Good deal. Just hope it works ok, 'cause I have an old sky digibox that hasn't been subscribed to sky for donkey's years.

I was in the same boat with an old Sky box that hadn't been subscribed and it worked fine with Setanta.

 

I got UFC undisputed and it says it will half my setanta for 3 months which is spot on i have to pay £30 for mine as i have it in my room and the living room

 

I've heard that sometimes you cannot get a signal and that it's a bugger to cancel. Luckily the club has it for Klitschko versus Haye, assuming it's on 9-10 pm in Germany.

 

Thats what I originally posted but thought it was a bit hopeful,would be a nice £30 saving though

 

Hahaha, its not working for me! I'm kind of gutted. Emailed Setanata already.

How long did it take for yours to start working?

Its been about 4-5 hours since I subscribed, but the setanata channels on my sky digibox are still saying 'please subscibe' etc.

 

You can get the 2nd box for 2.99! ring up and ask mate!
You should ask to be put on the 9.99 for 3 months on your main account (3.33) and free multibox for 3 months! They will do it!

 

It was the next day for me. I ordered about 8pm.

 

They are ****s to cancel I believe so if you are Direct Debit, cancel it when the 3 months is up

 

I hate companies that make it a nightmare to cancel. You end up spending lots of money and time on phone calls just to cancel the bloody thing. That's the only thing that puts me off. I really want to watch Haye-Klitschko but I don't really need all that hassle.

 

Setanta can **** off. I've never dealt with a company like them with their customer support and god help someone if they want to cancel with them.

I'll find a way to watch them online or watch them in my local.
