wasn't Oscar getting KD's by light hitters at 130-135?

    Pacquiao at 108 & 112 too

Could James Toney have taken Peter's shots had he been lighter?
(of course it would have been much harder to hit him, but I just mean given that the punch landed, he took it better as a heavy I assume than as a lower weight class)

Good example, He was yeah, but I think that was more a stylistic issue. Oscar's defence and general skill level and tactical thinking improved significantly in a short period of time between weight class transitions. He went in chin first against guys like Bredhal and got caught, its was raw aggresion that often left him wide open, as opposed to effective, timed, controlled, aggresion that carried him through his glory days at 147.

James Toney ... he maintains his punch resistance with the higher weight increase in history.
