    people say ok from 130-135 his resume is dolid ..ok cool...but 14-154 aint weak at all....at 140-ndou,corley,gatti=not bad at all
    147-mitchell,judah,baldomir,hatton=lineal champ
    154-oscar=#1 154 pound fighter by ring rankings

    how can you frown apon that like it was a cake walk..then pacman beats oscar and hatton and is treated like he's god....floyds resume is very,very solid

    Ndou=who?
    Baldo,Gatti,Corley=C level fighters
    Mitchell=shot to pieces
    Judah and Hatton=good wins
    DLH=way past it and he almost lost

    thats an average record.

    The biggest difference is that Pacquiao generally faced the best opponents in each weight class, while Mayweather faced none of them. No Cotto, no Hatton, no Mosley, no Tszyu. It's not a bad resume, but it's not what it could be either. I'm not including Mayweather at 154 or Pac at 135 or 147 either, simply because they were one-fight stopovers.

    Mayweather's fights at 140 and 147 looked a lot better at the time he took the fights than they do now though.

    Non-knowledgeable, so-called, temporary, pseudo boxing fans. Foolishly talk that nonsense about Floyd. Give it a year or so when they jump on the next FAD ... and we'll be done with them.

    id hardly say thats an average record when hes gone unbeaten through 5 weight classes, but i do understand what your saying, he could have fought better oposition before hatton etc

    Ok Larrysmith. Floyd says he is 'the best of all time' to say something like this is so offensive and disrespectful to the greats who came before him. The fighters who put their lives on the line. Who took on challenges which were impossible but came through and won.

    If Floyd is going to say these things then he needs to back them up and fight the best. He hasn't even fought the best in his own division.

    Floyd. Stop saying these things and then people will expect less of you and thus will then appreciate your skills as they are.

    That's just the way it is..
    How many times have people picked apart fighter's records & claimed them as padded? (Simply because they don't know the name, or didn't follow the sport at the time to know who/what the fighter was ranked at the time)

    Hindsight is a *****, Both Judah & Tata turned out busts! in the long run.
    (So his wins are diminished w/time, Suck's but it happens)

    Manny fight all time great Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Manuel Marquez, Erick Morales, and Oscar Dela Hoya

    With a blistering Fashion......

    While Floyd Mayweather fight a punching bag Gatti a totally ruined guy, Wash Up Shamba Mitchell, and a over the hill Zab Judah etc....He has only fought one ATG Oscar Dela Hoya....

    To many excuses Manny Pacquiao was obliterating guys he wasn't suppose to do but he does....And i think Mayweather is not the toughest fight form him i agree with Freddie Roach too, ATG Mosley and the dangerous Cotto...
