They haven't produced a PPV this year other than Pacquiao/Hatton. The next, and only one scheduled, is Mayweather/Marquez. Because they're passing on lower quality matchups, we're not getting the commensurate show, i.e., Countdown. I'll be curious if they have another PPV between 7/18 and the next time either Pacquiao or Mayweather (I'm assuming he'll beat Marquez) fight. If so, that would probably be a Countdown as opposed to a 24/7.
They used to have them for some regular WCB fights, but they haven't been showing them lately. I haven't heard anything regarding Cotto-Clottey or Haye-Klitschko. You'd think they would have one for Haye-Klitschko, since Haye provides a good sound bite.
"A fan of Mises, eh?" A worshiper. My original copy of Human Action had to be replaced with a new one because of the wear and tear.
You're the second person in a month to comment on the avatar approvingly. It's nice to know like minded folk also enjoy the pugilistic arts.
I'm prety sure that HBO is still going to do Countdowns for the smaller PPV fights. The 24/7 series is reserved for only the big time PPV fights.
