Whenever there is heavy rain or just bad weather in general,the channel is ****ed.No sound and that ****ed picture.Missed half of the Jones/Trinidad fight because of that-lucky it wasn't a bigger fight

 

The bad weather thing is a PITA, it really needs sorting.

If your having problems with the signal you need to ring and speak to the tech team
They take you through a full system set up using the services button on your sky remote and also save the back up channels in your add channels section.
To cancel if you call in they will offer you several deals to stay. If you choose to cancel they give you an email address to cancel and confirm cancelation within 48 hours in a reply to your email.
