My guess is that Valuev was THE draw and with No Valuev fight then there's no point? My question is...you knew the guy was a big injury risk why not just have a back up in case?
Well they did offer Meehan in Chagaevs back up, but some how it didnt work out. amen to this post. i would buy valuev-brewster on ppv i dont know why they didnt elevate brewster or meehan although id prefer lamon. Brewster and kali meehan mightve asked for a large increase in what they were scheduled to make for taking on valuev rather than the nobodies they were fighting which with the little time left may have made negotiations impossible. possibly???
