agreed,one thing that bothers me is that many of these poster probably never saw a prime chavez,the only chavez they remember is the one who fought oscar and sweet pea,let me tell you camacho was an excellent boxer/runner and chavez managed to give him the worst beating of his career,I doubt floyd will run more than camacho,another thing I truly believe that the meldrick taylor who fought chavez that night would've beaten mayweather.period.

 

another thing,chavez beat that hell out of roger mayweather in both fights,made him quit in the second fight,chavez was excellent cutting the ring off,camacho tried for 12 rounds to box chavez and failed big time,camacho made anybody looked bad,I doubt floyd can outrun camacho.

Chavez in his prime was a monster, even the whitaker fight was so equal for me, i have 114-114 in my scorecards ... whitaker fight a dirty one, running, throwing low blows, hugging, for me thats far a way from a boxing schooled .. man pls, i dont like that kind of shits in one fight, whitaker seems that he was running for his life all the fight

Yeah... nobody seems to realize or care that JCC was already past it when he fought Pea. Not totally shot by any means, but definitely not JC Superstar anymore.

 

Yeah, Pea fought the ***** fight. He won the fight, though. Pea and Duva wanted no part of JCC after he nearly killed Taylor. They waited till they knew he was past it. That fight was not a schooling, more of a fraud.
