in my opinion floyd is fighting marquez who defeated

manny pacquiao 1 time ,even a good argument for both times so in no way is this a fight
just to ease floyd back into real competitio again.As a matter of fact theres a better than fair chance that floyd is beaten by the tough as nails little mexican.

im predicting a marquez win by ud or tko in 9 ,im gonna put £500 on a marquez win at the bookies on monday afternoon and as proof ill scan my betting slip onto my pc and post it on here!

ive been on here since 2002/2003.and seen a lot of upsets you watch,and if floyd does easily beat marquez then hell beat pacquiao without much trouble also.itll be 1 way or the other my friend.

Hey man, the upset can definitely happen but I think Floyd's handspeed will be the difference in this fight and I cannot see Marquez landing a clean punch to be honest because if Mayweather still has the speed of foot to jump in and out and move around laterally, he will give Marquez a hard nights work but as you have said upsets do happen and this would be a massive one because Floyd has never picked a fight he fought he could not win so I would expect this fight to be a routine fight for Floyd.

Personally I would love to see Marquez get the win and here is some trivia for you. Mayweather had a 6 month lay off before he fought Gregorio Vargas and he went the full 12 and he looked tired from about the 9th or 10th round onwards and he was not as effective as we are normally used to seeing from him.

Lets play devils advocate here and say that Floyd will not be as sharp as he was after a 17 to 19 month lay off. The chances of Marquez pulling off an upset is very high so I would not laugh at your £500 bet, you might be a rich man come July 19th

In my opinion Floyd is a 147lbs fighter. And he shouldn't be fighting a guy that belongs at 130lbs

 

Im probably one of the biggest Marquez fans in here but the difference between Marquez and Manny is that Marquez is a fully grown man. Pac is still developing just finding his real weight class. If Pac and JMM were to fight at 140 at this point Pac would come in at 150 plus while JMM probably be in the mid 140's. Anyways im puttin $100 on this fight aswell JMM.
