Very good for a European fighter. Would have had some L's hung on him with moderate frequency had he ever had the balls to cross the pond on a regular basis.

I'm not sure my opinion really fits into the poll, "modern great" would perhaps be closest.

I believe he can sneak into an ATG top 100 list at the bottom end of the scale. By definition thats a great fighter.

Totally agree with you mate. Calzaghe could have been/maybe should have been the best fighter of the 00's. But due to his lack of ambition/poor management we will never know.

He must have been joking. I can name 4 featherweights off the top of my head that were better in 2000 than Joe C. has been at any point in his career.

    MAB
    EM
    Pac
    JMM

There were probably 20 ACTIVE fighters in 2000 who were better p4p than JoeC EVER was. How the hell can you put him in the top 100 ATG? The man didn't even take on any serious competition until that competition was on the verge of retirement. We have no idea how good Kessler will turn out to be in the long run.

    What a joke.

All Hopkins done was spoil the fight by holding then claimed a low blow to buy some time, Im not saying Joe C is a all time great but you reckon joe c was in his prime for them big fights? I dont think so and no im not a Joe C fan either i hate the Taffs....
