    What is the best techniques and supplements to bulk up?

    Eating food and lifting heavy stuff.

    increase calorie intake and lean muscle should come in time

    Not really. Consuming more calories mean they MUST be burnt if you want "lean" muscle. The only way to burn them is by lifting heavy with excellent form.
