would you be dissapointed in floyd if he decides to run and potshot natural featherweights?

i would feel very dissapointed if he does this considering the fact he is 2 weights bigger, and including the fact that he will undermine these mega fights as a spectacle. if he decides to beat marquez in this manner then i will give him little credit. i will give him more credit if he beats pacquiao but he should be dismantling smaller opponents if he is great as he says he is.

I'm almost 100% sure there will be very little if any running from Mayweather. Marquez taking the fight to Mayweather will only lead to Marquez getting his ass torn up quicker.

thats what i mean, he wants recognition as the best and for people to admire his accomplishments, but how do you admire that.

people pay money to be entertained.

i hope so. i want to buy this fight but i dont want a bore fest. he needs to be explosive to hype up the pac fight and to to give homself leverage in the bargaining table.

Just because Marquez takes the fight to Floyd, that does not necessarily = Floyd running, you can fight going backwards without running, guys like Ali, Whitaker & Mayweather have done this numerous times as well as many others.
Just dont try fight that way if your counter-punching sucks tho :good

1 - Marquez isn't a featherweight. If he is, then I could claim Floyd is a super-feather still.
2 - It's not running, it's called lateral movement. Ever heard of it?
    3 - STFU Noob.

why do floyd fans get irritated by any sort of criticism? floyd is fighting smaller guys, which he should dominate. if he decides to fight like a coward and destroy these fights as a spectacle then we as paying fans have the right to crtiticize.

floyd fans need to be real sometimes.

Why do Floyd haters get irritated when I tell them the truth? Yes he is a smaller guy, but he also happens to be a tune-up and the P4P #2. Nobody is pro-claiming this is a super-fight. It's a fight against the 2nd best fighter in the world and it's merely a tune-up for bigger fights.

But JMM is not a featherweight. Yes he was, but Floyd was a 130. Does that make him a 130 now? No. He's outgrown the weight just as JMM has. He's a solid 135, Floyd is a relatively small 147 coming off of 18 months of inactivity.

Floyd never fights out of his own country.
    Really damages his ATG status.
