how many sure shot HOF's that are currently fighting or have been retired for no less than 3 years can you think of. let the arguements begin
'sure shot'?? but anyway, calzaghe, roy jones, hopkins come to mind. Oscar obviously, pac will be, marquez should be, floyd, theres so many- i cant be bothered to think of them all
I'll start with some obvious ones mab, morales, jmm, tito, oscar, mosley, pac, floyd, hopkins, rjj, calzaghe, holyfield
Roy Jones Jr Floyd Mayweather (Here we go...) Oscar De La Hoya Shane Mosley Manny Pacquiao Bernand Hopkins Evander Holyfield Marco Antonio Barrera Erik Morales Felix Trinidad
Good list.. and you can probably add guys like Arturo Gatti and Fernando Vargas in there as well. The Boxing Hall of Fame doesn't exactly have the highest of standards.
He said HOF shoe-ins - Mosley will get in. Not who you personally like and dislike which is completely irrelevant as frankly nobody gives a ****.
......what??. So your saying the boxing hall of fame(and the panel or whatever) should allow him to get in. Not that its such a big deal after seeing some names in it...but still, talk about bringing the sport down.......
Fernando Vargas? The guy who lost every big fight and who tested positive for steroids right after getting nocked - I don't think he's hall of fame material - I am biased though because I hate his ass. Met him at the junior olympics - he's a ****ing *****!
I do agree - but they let him slide because he wasn't really caught, so they can't prove he used before a fight. Not saying it's right, but that's how they justify him.
I would make a 100K bet with anyone that Mosley makes it to the HOF. RJJ was also caught juicing and he's a sure shot HOF too
Only a fool would take it. I can understand completely why fans would get pissed over it, but even with acknowledging that, there's no chance he doesn't get in.
