    A champion.:good

You'd think they would have found something more interesting to write on his grave stone but ''A man'' does sound mysterious.Like him.

    2 questions

    1. what do they mean by "a man" ? that liston was not a monster but a human being with feelings, wants, etc. ?

    2. is liston's grave located at las vegas airport? someone mentioned that the grave was near the runways.

That's the perfect way to describe Sonny. A man. With all that implies in qualities and flaws.

It’s a simple noun for a tricky character.

There's honesty to it; 'Sonny' was once a champion and yet the world did not care.

His being went through some shell lacking - he really was 'a man'.

It's funny cuz Jack Johnson told a reporter not much before he died.......''And always remember, whatever you say about me,just rememberthat I was a man.''
