Maybe Mosely or Martinez, and a huge maybe at that, he is that good.

Floyd will fight Paul Williams when pigs fly.

martinez, mosley, cotto, pbf all have a good chance, but any of those fights could go either way.

    Picks in bold
In conclusion I would pick Paul to beat everyone in the world 154 and down with the exception of PBF which is a pickem.

Martinez, Santos and Dzinziruk would stand the best chance. Mosley @ 147 and Cotto might have a chance, but I'd favor Williams. He's a stylistic nightmare for Mayweather.

I agree completely that loss to Quintana was the very definition of a fluke too, look at the rematch fom evidence of that

If he think he's that avoided, let's see him step up to Super Allan Green. I bet he dont have the balls to fight a man his own size.

Paul Williams isn't all that, believe that. He has alot of holes in his game.. a whole lot.

I will say what I have been saying for over a year.

Margarito is the only WW with a shot at beating PW. The Shane-Margarito ass-whippin doesn't change that.

PW will smother Cotto and tap that glass in under 6 rounds. Them body shots you fools keep talkin bout are extremely overrated. Cotto would have to take too many chin shots in order to get them off.

Shane is to old. PW will not get hit the way Margo did, and will just outwork him. Shane doesn't handle tall boxers very well. It will be worse than Winky.

PBF is a tough draw. Floyd wil get the best of the first few rounds, but eventually he would not be able to keep up the workrate. P takes over from the 8th on. Floyd would be unable to use that ***** shoulder-roll bull****, as it might possibly land him a seat in the 3rd row. His best bet would be to potshot his way to victory for 12 rounds. But since he can't really hurt P, he wouldn't get any respect. TKO11.

Dizzy is nothing more than an internet myth. His only claim to fame is being the unknown internet sensation that everyone specualtes can beat Paul Williams. He gets put to sleep in 9.

Corey Spinks gets beat the **** up rather easily and methodically.

Yall's best bet at 154 is for him to go into the Texas Pennitentiary and fight El Stupido.

Martinez would probably have the best chance. He is going to do what quintana did in there first fight, ONLY difference is, Martinez hits harder and is faster then quintana. Pwill probably will NOT fight the way he fought quintana in there first fight so against Martinez it
    is a 50/50 fight.

At 154 I don't think anyone beats him.

At 147 Floyd and maybe........nah that's it, would probably be favoured to beat him I think and even then it's pretty close. Of course that doesn't mean that he 100% beats them all every day of the week, but I'd be confident picking him against almost all of them.

Williams will dominate anyone from 147-154. His SICKENING work rate, his GRANITE CHIN, ASTONISHING angle work, FRIGHTENING POWER, his WILLINGNESS TO EXCHANGE HARD BLOWS with his oppoent, his willingness to MIX IT ON THE INSIDE, his MASSIVE HEART and SHEER TENACITY will leave ANYONE from 147-154 absolutely perplex.

Since Quintana 1 he's improved no end. The guy is a WELTERWEIGHT and yet everyone wants to see him fight PAVLIK, that is how awesome he is.
