Dan Rafael reports he has now hired Abel Sanchez. He also said he is having problems with promoter Dino Duva. This is no surprise after his last two fights.

    Thoughts?

Several people on here were calling him a KO artist and a future unified champion 2 short years ago. What happened to those people? Some even made Mike Tyson comparisons. :patsch

Peter can be a really good fighter and he can beat many fighters in todays division (Arreola, Gomez, McCall, etc... ) Solid contenders.

But im talking about a 235-240 pounds Sam Peter not Donut boy.

Peter isn't a joke at all. He just got Americanized really quick.

Then he really wasn't all that dedicated to the sport.

I don''t think the Peter/Tyson comparisons were very far off base.

Peter 2006 (before the K boys too the fire outta him) would probably have given Tyson 2009 a decent test..........

    :good

Fat, Slow, Lazy, No Skill, No Carisma, No Nothin'....

Just some some big, wide-ass, clubbing shots (usually to the back of the head)... and a highlight reel KO over china-chinned Jeremy Williams.

No trainer on the planet is gonna help this clown. :verysad

A motivated, Peter who was in shape was a decent HW. But when your trainer is "roger mcdonalds' it doesn't help.

lol no he wouldn't. McCall is pushing 45 LOL.

Peter is still young and if in shape I think he could bully McCall to a UD imo.
