    Freddy,

I'll tell you this... I was happy with Cintron's performance since he came in with a plan and execute it. I think that Angulo got the hang of what Cintron was doing a little too late. If Angulo would have gone to the body since round 1 the outcome of the fight would have been totally different. But the fact is that his corner knew they were behind. They should have prepare for plan B but it seems that they thought that by doing what Margo did, that they were going to win the fight. Cintron knew this and obviously he prepared himself for that kind of fighter.

For the future, Angulo should have a plan B and C for every fight.

Angulo has potential but, he needs a trainer.

Angulo is certainly tough but his lack of handspeed is going always be a bit of problem for him.

i was unsure of lederman score card he had it 115-113 after the twelve giving the 12th to cintron. keelerman spoke in rounds where he thought the fight was closer than lederman scorecard what 7 round or so where lederman gave contron damn near every round. i didnt hear what what he thought it was at the end. gave cintron the first three, to me i thought it was a draw. i just dont see how he won the last round that lederman gave him. but oh well. i just would like to know what cintron would of done if it was kirkland in the ring. but now we wont see it. damn shame too. but giving cintron perfomance do everyone think he will beat martinez this time?

Considering that Angulo had Kermit holding for dear life and ready to fold towards the end of the fight I guess Angulo did alright.

I seriously doubt they expected Kermit to fight the way he did(run/hug). My guess is Angulo's people thought El Perro would be able to have more success early on, it took them a little too long to start catching Kermit.

It was a good learning experience for Angulo, plus the fact the the announcers mentioned something about him not being 100% sounds credible when you consider how lethargic he looked. Maybe it was all because of Kermit OR maybe Angulo didn't come into the ring at his best. We'll see next fight!

I think 1 loss is way OVERRATED! He learns from this and probably moves on. I had it
114-113 CIntron, very close fight, and like a earlier poster stated, HE should have gone to the body from the start.

i cant believe the idiots that actually thought el perro was the truth.. :-(

i was wrong about cintron by KO but knew the right hand was there for him all nite. angulo simply doesnt have the talent & physical attributes to be a superstar. he'll always be a KTFO waiting to happen. sorry.

Some of you dipshits are too hung-up on undefeated records and start dismissing fighters after a loss.

It was obviously too early for Angulo to fight someone like Cintron but it was equally obvious angulo was starting to have his way with kermit late in the fight.

Angulo is not PFP fighter, that's for sure, but he's good enough to have some good wins at 154!

To dismiss him after this fight is just plain stoooopid!

other than going to the body earlier on, theres nothing angulo could have done differently to win that fight. -he was simply outclassed by a b level fighter.

el perro doesnt have what it takes to be a p4p fighter. EVER.

That was clearly stated in my post:deal

Either way, it's too early to dismiss him after this loss. Kermit came in with a decent strategy and it worked for him.

If you saw Angulos face and demeanor around the fifth round you can see he looked like he had nothing left in the tank. The fact that he overcame that and had a great second half says a lot about him.

That fight showed Angulo's limitations in this point in his career. He fought a veteran who managed to neutralize his aggresiveness in the early part of the fight which took him out of his game.

    More experience will improve him.

Freddy are you a mexican? I notice you defend and being way too biased of mostly any mexican fighters so of course with your biased scoring you thought Angulo won the fight. Any body with a brain knows Angulo lost. Even Angulo knows that he lost the fight. Do me a favor freddy and don't score a fight when a mexican fighter is fighting ok? Cool.

Freddy: His corner told him he needed a KO. Doesn't that tell you anything??
