Yeah, i heard it was a really close descision between Ronald McDonald, Colonel Sanders, and The Burger King. Ronald won as the low bidder thanks to the dollar menu but the other two will be retained as occasional consultants. Can't wait to see the result - a true heavyweight specimen indeed!
I'm glad Peter has a new trainer, it could ignite the fire and dedication for boxing again, if not he'll be a gatekeeper who takes beatings for a career.
Peter needs a new trainer, which apparently he has....he needs a new promoter and he needs to dump Ivaylo Gotzev and totally re-invent himself to ever be relevant again.... It won't happen.
Remember, Peter is the only man to give Toney a beatdown at HW. If he could get back to his Toney II form, he'd be a top-5 guy. It's only 2 yrs ago, but with his performances since, it seems like ages. A new trainer is a start, but that dude has serious work cut out for him. Whatever Peter wants to do with himself, boxing seems to be about 4th on the list. He could be someone. He could be a contender, instead of a bum...
Peter was a good fighter a few years ago (don't forget most people had him as the second best HW in the world before he fought Vitali). But i think he is older than his "official age" and is already on the way out physically and mentally.
so what its not the trainer its the lack of dedication showing up fat with trunks around his chest. wrestling and tiring once he has thown his load. Fatty is not good for the game.
