has paul williams ever fought anyone atleast 6 feet??

I'm not letting anyone fool me, just telling it like it is. Is there anyone 6 feet or above willing to fight him that they're overlooking or ignoring?, if so please mention them. Last I remember he was actually trying to get a fight with Pavlik but didn't happen because of money issues.
