You really don't understand because you are getting lost in your own bull****. :D

Oprah and Limbaugh are well known celebrities who made it to the most influemtial list and so with Pacquiao . . . and yet you are claiming Pacquiao is just popular in the Philippines and Asia. And that PBF is more popular anywhere else. You want me to repost and quote that post of yours? :yep

Well that Time Magazine survey is worldwide not only in America . . . not only in boxing. :deal

Pac is hot NOW. HBO is going to hype the hell out of May/Marq. Wait and see what it does then you will have your answer.

I've already established that the list is bull****. You appealing to what you believe to be a higher authority is what we like to call a logical fallacy. I am stating that Pacquiao is not one of the most influential people in the world because it is a fact he is not. Nor is he well known in America beyond fringe sports celebrity status. More people know who Danica Patrick is then Pacquiao.

And Floyd is more well known in America. This can be proven simply by his exposure on prime time tv through WWE or dancing with the stars, also with his PPV numbers which out pace Pacs by a wide margin.

I'll make it short . . . between you and the TIME magazine world wide survey . . . you are the bull**** not the list.

Try to come up with something credible other than your blind Floyd nut hugging opinion. :deal

I'd place the TIME's survey as having as much credibility as the bible. Again. M.I.A? Nadal? Pacquiao?

    Worldwide influential people?

    Please.

Your ignorance amazes me  . . . these people are classified as the most influential people in sports . . . icon. :deal

. . . and do you insist you have more credibility than the world wide survey?

    :rofl

"guy made to the list of the most influential people in the world."

That is what you originally said. If its simply sports I dont have as much a problem with it as I did initially. But its still false. Pac does not command the same dollars as many of the other top sports stars in the sport. Certainly not as much as Hatton, Mayweather or of course De La Hoya. I also believe the Klitsckos earn about 20 mil a pop fighting in Germany, thats more then Pac has made his entire career.

Again, the survey has no basis in fact.

Again your ignorance being exposed. The most influential people list is divided into categories. World leaders, entertainers, sports etc etc etc
and it's a world wide survey. Pacquaio made it in boxing, Woods in golf etc etc etc. :D

Now you are claiming that Pac is only popular in the Philippines or in Asia . . . what's your basis? Your opinion?

    What's this list's basis . . . worldwide internet voting. :deal

And you think you are more credible?

    :rofl

I can tell you have very little knowledge of statistics do you? The article immediately says that the results should be taken with a grain of salt. Why? Because its an internet poll. Meaning there is no set limit on number of votes summited, or a set sample size.

So given these factors this "survey" means somewhere between nothing and **** all. :yep

Nope, not my opinion. I base it off the knowledge that if I walk up to your average person on the street they will not know who Pacquiao is. For you to be you know, popular, people have to know who you are. :deal

:silly:silly:silly. so lets give it another shot.

    1. pbf is more popular worldwide. can you name me a major endorsement deal involving pbf? :yep involving a truly global brand.

    2. pbf earned more. so how much do you think pbf has earned? the last time i heard this bull**** was from p4pdapedo who claimed that pbf has earned 300m plus interest. for example, if pbf earned say $ 150m and pac has earned $80m. truly, pbf has earned more. but the question is, who has the greater purchasing power? :hey

lets give it a go shall we. lets see if you can hold up a relevant conversation involving statistics and economics with me.
