Why would Cotto lose to Clottey when he beat Mosely who is superior in every way?

How is it possible? Clottey doesnt punch as hard isnt as fast doesnt have the workrate and Mosely is just as tough and the better fighter.Clottey & Mosely are the same height! how is Cotto just supposed to wilt and succumb to Clotteys will based on what? his decent showing vs Margo.I fully expect Clottey to get a vicious beatdown guy is going to make Cotto look good. If you know anything about boxing you know Clottey is tailor made for Cotto.

    Stupid argument

You can't use the Cotto Vs. Mosley fight as an indicator of how this fight will go.

Saying this guy will win, because he beat that guy doesn't work in boxing

Clottey's style will give Cotto a rough fight, win or lose.

Cotto is going to beat Clottey, i have no doubts about that, not saying it will be easy or anything, it will be tough but he will win.

it works here dammit because power is supposed to do for Clottey what power didnt do for Mosely and he hits harder and is faster than Clottey throws faster straighter shots..... its relevant if the skill that is supposed to overcome fighter A is posseed in greater abundance by fighter c who failed and yet fighter B is supposed to impose his will with that same yet inferior skillset? hope you can understand. Yes it applies.

you make sense the fact he is takeing this fight speaks volumes about his confidence yet you do make a good point what has the beating at the hands of plaster structurally done to Cotto has it harmed him physically in any waywe shall see. I hope he is all the way back.

People will criticize, and triangle theories aside, this is actually a pertinent question.

Mosley didn't apply heavy pressure until it was too late, somewhere around the 9th round, if I recall correctly. For those who have been following this; Clottey has promised us that he will "jump on Cotto right away." This is the alleged basis/difference, triangle theories aside.

Clottey was shaken up by a left hook from Carlos Baldomir. . Let Clottey try to impose his will upon Cotto and he will b facing much worse.
