I doubt Mundine will ever be his own Man!! He is totally owned like a ***** by Khoder, they may even be gay lovers and Khoder rams his ass everytime he tries to lead his own life. I reckon around a family BBQ he would be a great bloke. I have seen him in interviews where he looks under the pump and he sheds the Baddest Man Alive image. At times he even looks out of his depth both in stature and pose when interviewed and he comments on normal stuff or made to look contrite. Remember him being on Big Bro (only once or twice) and he looked and acted like the next bloke without all the BS. As much as I hate the way he has been managed into international obscurity and carries on like a like an angry and buff Dame Edna of the ring I plead with the gods he gets a crack at Pavlick, Sturm or Abrahams so we all can say he had a go before we all get old and senile and these posts become really cranky from old ****s with dementia and no teeth. **** this has already begun for Leon!!
Anything there is to like about Mundine I can get from other fighters on the world stage against much better opposition. Someone mentioned his defence, but I'd rather watch fat James Toney make Heavyweights miss then Mundine against the level of guys he has to fight to look as impressive. Sure his performance against Green was impressive, but Geale was nailing him and others have in the past as well, guys who just shouldn't be nailing him if he's that good defensively. Handspeed, well there's plenty of fast guys out there who can nail guys with good defensive ability. Mundine's speed only impresses when he's fighting some South American nobody. As for his talking, there's far better talkers out there then Mundine. Mundine is put to shame by guys like Toney or if you wanna bring MMA into it, Rampage. Those guys are natural talkers who don't just regurgitate Ali lines and try to pass them off as their own.
