If I'm not mistaken, you said that Williams wasn't up to fighting Clottey. I want you to find me one article where Williams expressed a dissinterest in fighting Clottey. Here is a quote from Williams when he heard Clottey had called him out;

Now Bob Arum is on record as stating that he doesn't want to work with Al Haymon(Williams' advisor), Dan Goosen(Williams' promoter), and we also have written evidence where Arum told Goosen not to contact him regarding any fights involving Williams. Despite this, we are supposed to believe that Top Rank actually tried to match these two?

Yea I've read that first part too. But for some reason it never took place. He fought Phillips instead. So either promoters or something else. So I shouldn't have said Williams didn't want the fight.
