    What about Toney, Holyfield ?

Someone surely will step up to the plate for a big purse?

Valuev if he was offered really good money, would perhaps be keen. He was already due to fight.

Chambers and Dimitrenko are gonna fight on July 4th in Hamburg....It seems to me a lot of people on this board only follow boxing when it comes to Pacquiao, Mayweather and Pavlik. Is it too much of an effort to do some research before posting? Both Chambers and Dimitrenko's people see the other as a more easy opponent compared to Wlad, not to mention that there would be 2 weeks to prepare and Dimitrenko is promoted by Kohl.
Chambers might be an easier fight to make but I guess his people think Dimitrenko is the easier way to become Wlad's WBO mandatory earning a nice payday in the process. Why risking it all by fighting Wlad right now?

I guess Wlad genuinely want a big name replacement but will inevitably end up fighting Donnel Holmes, Brian Minto, Kevin Johnson or Oleg Maskaev.

Wlad-Valuev has the potential to be a terribly boring fight, a waste of time for Wlad since Valuev is not even the real WBA champ. Chageav has more to offer.

If Valuev were to take this fight he would go way up in my book. Vitali fought Lewis on 11 days notice, this is almost three weeks and he was just training for another fight.

It would show big balls on both guys but especially Valuev. I wish it would happen.

you don't know what you are talking about. Valuev is the WBA champ and the only way to get the WBA belt is by beating him.

When Carl Davis Drummond fought Chagaev if he won all he was getting was a shot at Valuev not the WBA belt.

If you think further unification is boring than you are an idiot.

Like Hepatitis B? No way the Germans would allow Chageav to fight. The most logical opponent at this time would be Valuev.

Screw that, find out if the Octopus Ruiz is in shape to go. You guys want to get rid of him don't you? He won't go away until he is KTFO bad, so here's the chance.

Chagaev just fought in Germany 8 months ago. He has had the hepatitis for a while and the status has been known.

Shouldn't Chagaev be banned from boxing, until his blood work is cleared up, if it ever is.

I know what I'm talking about and Valuev is a terrible fighter. He lost to Ruiz, Chagaev, and Holyfield. It will be a terribly boring fight with Valuev getting outboxed and Wlad wouldn't have unified **** till Chagaev is still out there.

So you just want to sit and complain and do not want further unification for the Heavyweight Division?

Ruiz would be a better challenge than Valuev.

Please no fight against Brewster, yes Brewster survived heavy damage to finally ko Wlad (in the first fight), but he took a beating last time (rematch) and had a detached retina or something like that. I like Brewster, i think fighting WLad again, might end his career. Please no Toney or Holyfield either, they are both faded and would be target practice.
