I'm a huge Pac fan - but I'm so sad to say I can't see him beating Shane.

If the fight is at 147 pounds, i would be the first poster to give Pacquiao the biggest prop.

Katsidis is far a better fighter then Urango and Laz and Hatton was struggling with both of those fighters while Diaz was having an easy time without a problem vs Katsidis.

But isn't Mayweather making him fight at 147lbs though, so if Mayweather wanted to make it fair then he would have gone down and met him at 144 or 143 which was the original agreement but now it is a 147 welterweight fight so what are you on about. Mosley is coming down in weight to make it a fair fight. Its a shame Mayweather isn't. Ill answer your pac puzzle, Pac fought Oscar at 147lbs because wasn't it Oscar who chose Pac??? Oscar chose the weight too if Im not mistaken but if Pac had his way I am sure they would of originally made it a catchweight fight. But now that fights over he can fight on a more even playing field at a catchweight with Mosley.

WTF were you watching? Mayorga was missing wildly in typical Mayorga fashion. If I remember correctly punchstats had Mayorga at 7% landed.

Unless Shane is completey depleted, I don't see Pac winning.

Better then Paulie? Yes. Paulie ain't a real good fighter imo and he's way feather fister in which Katsidis won't have trouble with him. If those 2 fight each other i pick Katsidis by tko. Steve Forbes? Are you kidding me?

No it wasn't. Mayorga was missing bigtime. He only landed the odd wild swing here and there. Watch the fight properly with the sound off and this time open your eyes. It was anything but close. Mosley should have been comfortably winning that fight unless the commentators got into your head and confused your brain.

Now that's the question right there. Does anyone give Pac a decent chance of winning if the fight is @147? I think most people agree that @147, Shane would just have too big a physical advantage (13 lbs at fight night!). We all know shane isn't a slouch and he definitely has power.

Sure the catchweight does diminish a Pac win, but IMO a catchweight is the only option of making an even playing field for 2 fighters who are clearly of different weight classes.

pac needs to fight mosley at his weight class, all other weight options are bull****, if people here disagree, not fair, pac too small etc. etc. then don't make the fight simple as that. Pac doesn't need to fight dehydrated welterweights for his legacy. I'd prefer he clean out his own division if he can't fight welter at welter
